What to do on Galentine’s day? While celebrating with your man is essential, so are the lovely ladies in your life. Do not fret if you don’t have a date for Valentine’s get your girl gang and paint the town red, embrace being single, and celebrate being a woman!
Chandana, Aria, and I, the #OGBloggers, have grown fond of each other over the last one and a half years. I have realized that you need to surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you, and with positive, like-minded people. So, after our last editorial on New Year’s (you can check out here), we were wondering about what to do next? And what better way than to celebrate your girl gang on Galentine’s day! Here, we did just mundane, day-to-day things which all the girls do in common! And it was fun!!
Sleepover Squad-
Spending the night staying in bed, watching your favorite TV show, and rewinding is what we all need at the end of the day! Maybe have a pillow fight later? 😀 We kept it super casual with PJs and cute, adorable tops!
Next day early morning-
Or late morning! 😀
Sure, a fancy breakfast place with hygiene and stuff sounds about right but, Chandana and I wanted to taste the roadside dosa and chai stalls, but Aria’s OCD started kicking in soon after! Well, we convinced her to join in. Sipping kadak chai, eating dosas, and having fun banter with your girlfriends can liven up your drowsy mornings.
Pampered Princesses-
With adulting, life can seem pretty dull; we need moments to rewind and catch up with your gal pals, and what better day than Galentine’s day, right! Your toenails and fingertips could also use some much-needed rest, and a mani-pedi session with cocktails, magazines is a must! And, if you’re looking for a salon who knows their job well, then head to “Nail Talk,” they have opened another branch in Banjara Hills, near the TV9 office. The salon’s decor is pink! Simple! And cozy! With unsurpassed attention to guests. Do try it out!
Taking this one to the grave
Chandana is someone who will take time to warm to somebody, and once she does, she’s the most chill out person to hangout. Chandana is drama free, poised lady, and who will stand up for the right thing; she will not bow out until she realizes the other person is stupid, and not worth arguing with.

Going to arcade gives you full permission to bring out your sassiness and street style-inspired outfits uninfluenced by any opinions, and with the right crew, it’s always enjoyable.
Aria is the sweetest girl! She’s always welcoming, chirpy, and warm. If you doubt yourself in any given situation, she will uplift you and make you believe that you can conquer anything! I think that is why she has many friends who adore and care for her, including us!
