My Fashion Story | Thailand 2k16

Hey, guys!

I recently went on a trip to Thailand for a week. I initially thought of recording my entire trip, but my camera gave up on me. The battery got screwed on the second day; it wasn’t even charging! But I recorded the trip on my phone which turned out to be super bad;

1. I got conscious while filming myself. Can’t do it. EVER! I wish I could like the other YouTubers.

2. Of course, the camera quality!

By the way, I over packed again! *little guilty* :D. Also, I didn’t wear all my dresses because of a lot of traveling. We hired a car and drove from city to city (International road trip- done!). Anyway; I clicked pictures (obviously), so thought I’d put it on my blog for you guys. Enjoy.

The first day in Bangkok started pretty late because we had to pick up a friend of ours from another airport which was pretty far away. So by the time we reached our villa, it was afternoon. So, we quickly grabbed some food and decided to visit Buddha temple and floating market, but they were closed by 5 p.m! We ended up going to this fantastic riverfront place called Asiatique. Great place to shop as well!! I wore a global desi maxi dress with a denim jacket which I purchased on Instagram.

 

The next day we traveled to Pattaya by car. It’s around 2-3 hours from Bangkok. We clicked pictures and did some swimming(not me). I wore navy blue shorts for the first time everrr! I wasn’t confident about it at all. But decided to wear it because I will not be able to pull it off in Hyderabad. Paired the shorts with a light blue shirt and a lace bralette.

 

Next, we were just strolling around Pattaya beaches. I changed into a shirt dress and paired it with a yellow shirt.

By the time we reached back to Bangkok, it was pretty late, and we had to start early to Phuket. And obviously, we weren’t ready on time. It was 15 hours drive to Phuket. The locales were just amazing!!! It was around midnight when we reached the place. We didn’t stop much in between because of the time crunch. Oh, and it rained heavily!

Phuket is so damn beautiful!!! I recommend staying at least 3-4 days in Phuket. There are so many places to see, so many beautiful islands! We even contemplated of extending our stay in Phuket and postpone our flight! But, yeah! Our parents would have killed us 🙂

We visited coral islands for water sports. For the first time, I did scuba diving! Was shit scared about it! But the good part is, we found NEMO!!! I have a video of it, will try uploading it soon.  I also did parasailing, but I enjoyed parasailing in Goa than Phuket. Again there is a video of it 😀

I had a unique opportunity of witnessing the beauty of nature in coral islands. To our right there was rain and few meters to our left, there was sunlight! And there appeared a rainbow. It looked so beautiful. Totally worth it!

We went to Trick Eye Museum, Upside down and Tiger Kingdom. I wore a kurta from the lifestyle store.

 

We returned to Bangkok and spent the day shopping in Palladium Mall. I wore a military green bodycon dress from FOREVER 21 and a floral from Splash store.
