Hola! I hope you guys had an amazing weekend!
As you might have guessed by the title, today’s post is about office wear. Whether you like it or not, the way you look plays a role in your success in the modern workplace. A great professional image gives you more confidence and helps you present yourself better. In today’s workplace, casual wear is becoming increasingly popular. So I have created a look for the work wear.
Culottes can be an ideal alternative for summer office wear. They come in a variety of lengths, so you should make sure to choose the best length for your legs. And I wanted to do a print on print outfit for this. I know regular girls like us are scared of mixing prints and going out in them. But I hope this post will inspire you a bit.
For starters, the easiest way to begin mixing prints is to simply replace your solid colour top with a geometric pattern in the same colour. Stripes are the easiest way to mix prints; they look amazing when paired with:
– Animal prints.
Remember, mix and match prints according to colours and textures, not the print themselves. And make one print dominant and other a complement. So coming to my outfit I picked up mustard and red colours from my culottes and paired it with a top with a geometric pattern in the same colour. Never do same pattern size, for example; large stripes + large florals, do not look pleasing. Instead do large+ small print/pattern.
And I finished my look with heels- perfect for the office dressing.
