The last season’s trend has returned -velvet and I am not complaining. The transition period of velvet between medieval and modern times is noteworthy. This season’s velvet is rich in color, glamorous and perfectly go with autumn and winter outfits.
For today’s post, I chose the classic black and burgundy; the color is refreshing like a glass of wine. The main difference between a burgundy and oxblood color is that- burgundy is cooler and leans more towards the violet end of the color wheel and whereas oxblood has a slightly warmer tint to it with a mix of brown or maybe orange.
I decided to go for a girl next door look, and the velvet top keeps you warm enough throughout. Tucked into my black Elle skirt and paired them with black shoes and space bun hairstyle. You guys can further style it by wearing knee-length socks or stockings; It will look super chic.
