I Can’t believe that December has zoomed in already and we are half way through a new year. But, this brings us the most loved season of all!

So,What to wear on Christmas?

I know for a fact that there are girls who like to get dressy and have a few outings on Christmas day whether it is lunch with family or a party with friends.

And, we are quite partial when it comes to sequins dressing. I did two blog posts on the same in the past. Have a look here and here

So, this year I decided to ditch the sequins and chose a new way to incorporate some bling into my outfit.

The scalloped skirt was lying in my closet for quite sometime now. I might have worn the skirt two or three times at the most. So, I decided to do a quick D.I.Y with it.

At home there was leftover black net fabric which I got it stitched to the hem of my skirt to give it a whole new look.

Once done I glued some embroidery stones on the skirt for that Christmas bling.

I chose to wear same color top to give it a monochrome look and an illusion of a dress. I paired it with a sleeveless jacket to feel warm enough.

I completed the look with a statement necklace and studded clutch to complement the attire.
