Today’s post involves about few collections from the designers of Hamstech. And I am super stoked to share it with you guys! The first collection of #TheHlabelExhibitionAndSale is of the group “Royal Reloaded“;inspired from the rich heritage and architectural brilliance of Chowmahalla palace by using block and screen prints. They have integrated the chandeliers light effect by using ombre shades in their garments. And as Hyderabad is a holistic destination they opted for for resort wear silhouettes. We all are busy with our schedules and you need comfortable dressing, and this is exactly what Royal Reloaded has got for you; kaftans, palazzos, long maxi dresses.
The second collection of #TheHlabel is related to Punjabi’s. It is said that without the “kaleera”, A Punjabi bride’s wedding attire is incomplete. So this group “Shagan Sajda” were really fascinated towards this tradition of showering the kaleera on the unmarried woman and decided to do a collection of ethnic wear and incorporate kaleera into it. Be it weddings, festivals or looking something to gift someone then you know where to look!
The next group is “Peranakan Panache”. The word Peranakan is used to describe straits born Chinese. Peranakan has gorgeous, colorful designs in almost everything they do. It is a beautiful heritage to be treasured. And that’s exactly what this group has attempted to do. They have amalgamated Peranakan porcelain into their theme and chose boxy silhouettes, capes,crop tops and palazzos. The peonies, pheonixes are the major motifs each articulated along with delicate gold outlines. Thus they have digital print inspired by the entire Peranakan ware and the gold screen print inspired by the traditional practice from Peranakan community which marks their specialty.The collection has very vibrant yet delicate prints. To balance,they have soothing & subtle colours like Powder Aquamarine, White and a tinch of Peach.
Next is my group “Minermerizing”- Raw being Beautiful. We chose draped gowns and one piece maxi dresses as our silhouettes. The embellishments we used are translucent and transparent beads, incorporated in the shape of minerals.These garments are suitable for any evening occasions like; bridal showers, sangeeth functions,cocktail parties. Any women who adorns this is party ready!
