SO MY STYLES

What I Wore For #BacardiMusicFestival – Day 2

in Fashion on 11/11/16

I had a well spent weekend at the music festival away from all the city commotion. I had a complete blast! With great music and company. Coming to my outfit, I had an entirely different image in mind thought of wearing a denim dress and create a geek look but had a change of mind at the last moment and decided to wear print on print outfit. You guys might know that I am kinda obsessed with converting skirts into a tube dress, which is exactly what I did this time as well. I chose a striped shirt to wear over the skirt/tube dress. Well, everything was in white and blue, so I decided to add a dash of color by pairing baby pink tassel earrings.

Meghalika and I went little crazaay on the second day with l.e.d lights wrapped around us! Yeah, we did look like early Christmas decorations, but we don’t give a damn! We were totally in sync with the music festival’s lighting.

I mastered a bit of Kannada too :D. Raghu Dixit knows how to make the audience sing and groove. Now, I realize that I should have recorded clippings of his and ours singing together. Anyway ,there’s always a next time.

Hey… Lokada kalaji madatheenanti. Ningyaar byadantara madappa chinti O… Lokada kalaji madatheenanti Ningyaar byadantara madappa chinti.

Raghu Dixit sang one of his famous songs Lokada Kalaji, the meaning of the song is: Don’t worry be happy, but if you want to worry I don’t give a damn! You want to worry all the time of earning money, building a palace, living like a king and riding an elephant but eventually you have to get down the elephant and go six feet down under and turn into ash. So, why worry? Be happy!

And the weekender ended on a high note with Farhan live! It’s Farhaaaan! Do I have to say more?
