Zumba ft. Dance Mania

Hello lovely people!

Today’s post is something special, not the regular stuff. I collaborated with my good friends Manka and Shetty, who are a certified Zumba instructor. Well we came up with this idea of doing a blog post on Zumba! Wohoo!

Zumba is a great party! It’s fun! It’s fanatical! It is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990s. Zumba was born when Beto forgot his CD to the aerobics class, he then used his personal CD and taught dance style aerobics class on spot.  Since, then it has become a frenzy event.

So, Dance Mania is an institute for Zumba and dance classes for all age groups. They have their branches in Himayatnagar, Marredpally and Sindhi Colony.  In their class you spend all the time dancing and losing oodles of fat! What else do you need eh? Manka and Shetty have so much of energy in them, it’s crazy! They just dance the entire time and the best thing about their classes is nobody judges you. You can just come, shake, laugh and have a great time. Even If you have two left feet it doesn’t matter, just join their Zumba classes and you going to love it!

Wear comfortable clothes depending upon your body image and style. Avoid 100% cotton because this fabric absorbs moisture and is slow to dry. So your sweat will literally stick with you.
