SO MY STYLES

Bohemian Rhapsody

in Fashion on 19/09/16

Hello Guys! Hope you had a great weekend.  I am back with a new post in collaboration with a fellow blogger Nanya Reddy (Mirage Thy Vogue). She is super sweet! met her at a website launch and we hit it off instantly. She is a marketing strategist by the day and blogger by night.

We decided to do a Bohemian inspired photo shoot. I chose a breezy printed tunic with earthy tones and paired it with cotton pants.  I haven’t worn this tunic in a really long time! I don’t know why?! Anyway, when it comes to Boho style try avoiding too many layers; it will make you look short. So go easy on colour combinations and shape of your outfit. Important thing in pulling off Boho look is the colour pattern. Typical Boho colours are brown, cream, green and black. Use these colours as your base and build your outfit using other vibrant colours like deep purple, red or blue. If you are not sure about colour blocking or mixing colours then pair your clothing piece with a neutral colour to balance it out.

Coming to the accessories, I chose tan colour hand bag and oxford shoes to balance the look. And I didn’t want to wear heavy oxidized jewellery so I decided to put on a head band on the fore head for the boho feel and finally paired it with some bangles and metallic tattoos.

Check out what https://miragethyvogue.com/ has to say about the bohemian style.
