Mehendi functions are slightly low key with only close friends and family but with a lot of colors, pinks, yellows, and greens. The mehendi function is my favorite, and I believe for every girl and a bride. All the inside jokes, running around, dancing and of course clicking pictures.
You don’t want your dress to get smeared with henna right and managing a dupatta or a saree for this event is a pain. Also, it’s summer time, and you guys know how the temperatures are. Hence, I decided to wear a hustle free light weight outfit, chose a bright multi-colored cotton skirt and paired it with a green top.
I wanted a dress for me which was easy to move and sit here and there. The credit for my skirt goes to my mom who picked it up for me.
Paired my outfit with terracotta jhumkas, an anklet, and jootis.
